Darke County Patriots Purpose Statement

   The three percent movement was born from the three percent of American Colonists who took up arms and actively fought against the British forces during the American Revolutionary Ware (1775-1783), serving in George Washington’s Army. After the ware, they became the first 13 States of a new country, which they called the United States of America. 

   We represent the three percent of Americans who volunteer their time and talents within their communities. We are a second line of defense to be called upon by our local law enforcement and other EMS during times of local natural disaster. We proudly serve our local communities with a response of diverse services while keeping families together and honoring and respecting the Constitution that we strive to protect. 

   We will take a stand against the government where and when it oversteps the constraints of the Constitution. We will protect the right to keep and bear arms, and push back against a tyrannical government. 

   The Darke Country Patriots are a group of individuals that love this country and will defend it. We are an organization of Patriots who pledge to uphold the U. S. Constitution. We will defend our Amendments and God given rights. We all come from different backgrounds and we all come together to share the same basic belief in the American dream. We all have an equal chance to succeed.
